We primarily accept advance payment via TT / SWIFT. LC may be considered for high-value orders after successful initial transactions.

7 Do you accept partial advance or credit terms? +

For first-time transactions, we do not offer credit terms. All shipments are executed after payment confirmation.

8 Can I visit your office or warehouse in India? +

Physical visits are not required for trial orders. We handle international business remotely through documentation, photos, videos, and transparent communication.

9 Do you provide samples? +

Samples may be arranged subject to product availability and cost. Courier charges are borne by the buyer.

10 How long does it take to dispatch an order? +

Dispatch timelines depend on product availability and order size. Typically, shipments are dispatched within 5–7 working days after payment.

11 What shipping methods do you use? +

We offer Air Cargo and Sea Freight options depending on order volume, urgency, and buyer preference.

12 Who handles customs clearance? +

Customs clearance is handled by professional logistics partners as per Indian export regulations.

13 What export documents do you provide? +

We provide all standard export documents, including:
